The preschool is located near Charlottenburgspark in Råsunda, Solna.
Departments
Younger children’s section (Solen) 1-3 years, 15 children with 3 educators
Older children’s section (Tellus-divided into two different groups) 3-5 years, 30 children with 4 educators
Our objectives
We work according to the Montessori pedagogy in interaction with the curriculum, which is based on children’s needs at different stages of life with an environment where children can freely search, discover and make their own experiences. Our goal is for each child to develop at their own pace and to be treated with love and respect. Discovering their inner richness, striving to understand the world around them with desire and curiosity.
Strong self-esteem, self-confidence and good social skills are important for all of us, young and old!
The Montessori preschool offers subjects such as mathematics, language, biology, geography, history, practical and sensory work in an exciting and concrete way. Art, creativity, singing and music, free play and outdoor activities are also included.
The preschool uses the “Tyra app” as a digital platform for educational documentation and communication between preschool and home.
